The staff here are incredibly nice and friendly, providing us with a warm welcome upon arrival. They even took the time to show us around the hotel and our room. Speaking of the room, it had everything we needed and more. The amenities included wifi, a safety box, TV with English channels, air conditioning, and hot water. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with the option to have it cooked to order. The best part? We were able to explore the surrounding area using the free bicycle rentals.

I had a fantastic stay at a guest house in Sanur. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a smaller pool than expected and the occasional language barrier with some staff members, overall I would highly recommend this guest house.

The staff turnover was high, and some seemed less interested in guests. when trying to arrange additional nights, the manager was unreachable.

Great Breakfast and Flexibility with Timing: The breakfast options at the guest house were excellent and they were willing to cook it according to our preferences and serve it at any time of the day. It was a great convenience to have this flexibility during our Christmas vacation.

Inadequate Staff Assistance: Unfortunately, we found the staff to be polite but not very helpful. It seemed like the person in charge was not present most of the time and we didn't feel warmly welcomed during our stay.

The location is quite bad, being hidden and isolated. Walking to nearby places is not recommended since the area gets quite dark at night.
